This is definitely a late story but this has been bothering me since the day I saw it. It could just be me for the simple fact that I am personally a Ron Paul supporter, but I wanted to hear other peoples opinion about it because of course the purpose of Hurts To Watch  is not just to get both sides of the story but multiple because we’re all different. I don’t like saying that I’m a Democrat or a Republican or an Independent because when people label themselves that way I feel that they have to stick to just one way of thinking, and I don’t know about you but in my life that has led to bigger problems in all aspects of my life. I do like Ron Paul for his main objectives and issues, and I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t agree with everything he says but, I have come to the realization that to have the more important problems in this country to be resolved I have to ease up on my beliefs and way of thinking. I mean come on… there’s no such thing as the perfect politician. So just like every Sunday morning at 10 am eastern I had my cup of coffee and Meet The Press w/ Tim Russert on and was highly anticipating Ron Paul’s appearance. I’ve been watching Meet The Press for quite some time now and I guess you can say I watch it on a religious bases and have always enjoyed and not enjoyed watching politicians lie through their teeth, help a cause of some sort, debate and all the other good stuff that goes on. This was different… Tim Russert seemed to have a well planned agenda for this interview and started bombarding Dr. Paul from the jump! I know Mr. Russert likes to use quotes and all, but even when Dr. Paul would try and explain or answer Russert would interrupt. I mean it was like he came prepared with enough ammunition to win a verbal war. I understand that’s his job but it just seemed like there was a lot more effort put into this one and that just Hurts To Watch. Did Tim Russert push the envelope? Was this another desperate attempt of propaganda? or Was he just doing his job? You be the judge!
